These terms set out the rights and obligations between AI3 Inc. (the "Company") and users when using the team messenger service "Modak" (the "Service") provided by the Company. By signing up for or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
The service provides team channels, threads, and direct messages, file sharing, importing data from other messengers, and AI assistant features that work alongside you in channels. The specific features of the service may be added or changed without notice to improve it.
The service's core features are free. When we launch a new paid feature, we will announce it in advance and will not charge you without your consent.
Rights to content such as messages and files that users post to the Service belong to the user (or the relevant workspace). The Company uses content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storing, transmitting, displaying, and processing AI features).
AI assistant answers are automatically generated and may not be accurate. For important decisions, please always verify the content. To process AI features, the relevant messages may be sent to AI model providers, and the details are explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as operationally or technically necessary. When we end the Service, we will notify you 30 days in advance and provide a way to download your data.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company limits its liability for services provided free of charge. The Company is not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or communication outages.
Users can delete their account at any time. The Company may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and will explain the reason in that case.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute will be handled by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
